A run failed or a field is wrong
hello@actorstack.dev. Include the Actor name, the run ID and the input you used. With those three I can usually see the cause without asking anything else; the errors dataset from the run is even better, because it carries the reason each row failed.
A field you need is missing
Same address. Say which field, on which page of the target site you can see it, and what you would do with it. Some absences are deliberate — private sellers' phone numbers, anything behind a login, fields measured too sparse to promise — and those are documented on each Actor's page. The rest are just not built yet.
You need a scraper that does not exist
Request an Actor explains what to send. Short version: the URLs you want data from, the fields you need, and how often. What you get back first is a scope with the limits in it, not a quote.
You want your data excluded
privacy@actorstack.dev, and the process is described on the data removal page. That address is published in both Actor READMEs, so it is the one that will keep working.
Apify
Issues can also go through the Apify Store listing for each Actor, which is the right place if the problem is with a specific run: apify.com/oswaldocarabano.
