Applicant tracking system (ATS)
The software a company runs its hiring pipeline in, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable, usually identifiable from where a job posting sends an applicant.
Its presence in a dataset is a property of the posting rather than of the company: a job that applies in place reveals nothing, so an absent value means the posting did not say, not that the company runs no system.
