Registering a domain that imitates a brand through a misspelling, a lookalike character or an added word, usually to intercept traffic or impersonate the brand.
A lookalike domain existing is not by itself an infringement: an integration partner and a phishing site can produce the same match. Reading whether the domain sits on a parking or domain-sale service separates a squatter waiting to sell from one running something.
