Budget type
A field recording the shape of a posted budget — a range, a maximum with no minimum, a minimum with no maximum, a fixed figure, or none at all.
It exists because a missing number is not always missing data: 25.0% of Workana budgets are "less than X", which has no lower bound to report. Averaging across shapes silently drops that quarter and biases the result upward.
