Coverage report
A record written alongside the data stating what a run could not reach: what the source declared, what was delivered, and whether a ceiling was hit.
It replaces a coverage percentage where the denominator is unknown — Workana's own result counter caps at 10,000, so a percentage of it would be arithmetic on a placeholder.
