Per-row currency
Storing the currency alongside each price rather than assigning one currency to a whole marketplace or country.
Six Mercado Libre marketplaces show local-currency and US dollar prices in the same results page, so a per-country currency column is correct in eleven markets and silently wrong in six. The failure has no symptom: every row holds a plausible number and every aggregate is meaningless.
